What is Moot Court?

It provides 2L & 3L students with opportunities to compete in interschool and intraschool competitions. Interschool competitions include Mock Trial, Appellate, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Willem C. Vis International Arbitration teams.
The “argue on” process to join a competition teams takes place in the Spring. Moot Court also hosts the Mardi Gras Moot Court Competition (sports law) and organizes an intraschool competition that is open to all 2L and 3L students.
